Art work title : Ocean

Brief Description
Art Movement : Expressionism

Reference Artist : Edvard Munch

Theme Chosen : Environmentalism

Ideation & Concept : Protect Our Ocean
This drawing was drawn in an ocean during the sunset. There are few ships on it. Keep our ocean clean is the main idea of this drawing. I used light and dark colour to show the contrast. In this painting, Hierarchy is present. I do used heavy lines to separate the ships and ocean. The dark blue part is the deeper side of the ocean. It was not proportional to the real world as in the ships drawn was in a larger size than the ocean.

How I used photoshop CS 5:

1st step: Using the W tool and B tool multiple times, I selected the parts of the ship, house and sun, and paint it in.

2nd steps: I used W tool to select the darker part of the ocean and used B tool to paint it in dark blue.

3rd step: then, I used ocean ripple filter to create the ocean movement effect.

4th step: I used W tool to select the lighter part of the ocean and used B tool to paint to paint it in light blue.

5th step: then I used texturize to create the water movement.

6th step : lastly, I used the blur tool to create the affect of sunlight .
